My Topic is Ableism being the root of all the stereotypes, pity and everyday injustices the disabled deal with in society. Throughout this course I have seen time and time again that the disabled are unable to get ahead or make strides towards equality due to able bodied individuals thinking that the disabled are limited to their bodies or that they need ‘fixing’.
