(1) health care organization that you would like to examine in the paper. Using the
knowledge gained from this course and other research, analyze the application of
organizational theories by the organization’s leadership which have enabled them to
attain recognition. Make sure to address the following:

1. Introduction/Background –introduce selected organization and why it was
selected; explain organizational theories to be applied to the selected
organization.
2. Explore employee and stakeholder engagement.
3. Examine organizational redesign and related theories contributing to
successfully address any issues identified during research/exploration.
4. Discuss and clearly analyze the role of leadership, inter/intra-personal issues,
